Physical stress from daily activities, emotional stress from our careers and relationships and chemical stress from our food and environment. Chiropractic adjustments help to release your body's innate healing response. At the same time, we work with our practice members to reduce their stress load. By reducing our stress and increasing our ability to heal and self-regulate we are much better equipped to handle the stresses of life that do come our way. It is our ability to adapt that determines whether we simply exist (with symptoms and dis-ease) or flourish and thrive despite the odds being stacked against us.
