Laura Case
I believe that touch is a vital part of our lives. I'm passionate about healthy, healing touch and its ability to be a powerful tool in wellness and holistic health. I've witnessed how massage does much more than heal the body… it helps the body remember how to heal itself!
It's my goal to help you become aware of your body and the way it responds to the demands put upon it in this busy world and to assist you in releasing stress and tension by listening to your specific needs and preferences. Since each of us is different and our bodies change on a daily basis, no two massages are the same!
I began my study of Massage Therapy at the Napa Valley School of Massage in California and furthered my studies at the Atlanta School of Massage. I enjoyed working for nearly two years as a massage therapist in Geneva, Switzerland and earned Certifications in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, and Spa Treatments.
Patrick Monaghan
Patrick is a 2006 graduate of the Cortiva Institute- Boston’s 900 hour muscular therapy program and is Georgia licensed. He specializes in creating custom treatments incorporating deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial techniques to help relieve stress, reduce tension, alleviate muscle soreness and increase athletic performance.
Patrick was drawn to massage after 20 years in the corporate environment because of his desire to incorporate his personal interest in health, fitness and wellness into his professional work.

Each year I
practice Massage I find a deeper respect and passion for my work. I find that
the more in tune that I am with myself the more effective my touch becomes. I
pride myself on results, not just short term, but lasting results that you
feel. I am certified in Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish & deep tissue
massage, reflexology. I also have experience with aromatherapy, thai stretches,
and orthopedic assessment. I began my studies at Sanford Brown College in South
Florida in 2005, but upon recommendation of my instructors furthered my studies
at Atlanta School of Massage in Atlanta and completed in 2009. I enjoy massage
because I have come to know it as a lifestyle and not just a luxury.
My favorite quote: The art of medicine consists in amusing the patient while nature heals the disease-Voltaire
Jo Jameson
Jo graduated in 1997 from the Capeli Learning Center in Atlanta Georgia. While in school, studying Swedish, deep tissue and nuat thai massage techniques. Jo has also studied mio-facial release and active isolated stretching at ASHA, the Atlanta School for the Healing Arts. In his 15+ years as a massage therapist, his goal has been to bring a greater sense of peace and relaxation to his clients. Blending deep tissue techniques with a smooth relaxing flow allows you to let go and relax while your aches and pains are addressed effectively. Jo likes to address the whole body, the whole self in his massage work. You should leave a massage feeling good, refreshed and well worked.
